A bilingual space dedicated to the performing arts where English and Spanish come together to inspire, inform, and connect.

The play takes place in 1606 in London’s Globe Theater, when it was frowned upon for women to be onstage, so instead, all female characters were played by young male actors, known as boy players. Playwright Zoe Senese-Grossberg explores this as well as how young boys were “mentored” to play these different characters, love interests, and seductresses in the Shakespeare plays along with older men.

Airness by Chelsea Marcantel revolves around air guitar competitions, from local to national to international. I always mention on here that theatre is both memory and learning. I did not know that air guitar competitions were a thing. Like, a real thing. Now I do, lol.

We Lovers, written by Christian St. Croix, premiered at the 2024 San Diego Fringe Festival with a 40-minute version. For LFT’s new season, the play received a bonus of 40 minutes.

As one gets older, life takes over uncontrollably. Time goes by faster, and “trains get missed”. In Loud Fridge’s season opener, Gruesome Playground Injuries, these feelings, amongst other complications, are wrapped up in a 90-minute, one-act piece.
